Your Impact
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Implement and support Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems.
Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems),



and iterative refinement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the Salesforce solution performs as expected.
Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a robust understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.
Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
