Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Infrastructure Services team. The consultant will serve as the cloud infrastructure expert, with robust emphasis on major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), hybrid cloud deployments.

This role involves leading infrastructure, architecture design, cloud migration initiatives, high-availability deployments, disaster recovery planning, and optimization programs. The consultant must demonstrate hands-on expertise in Cloud platform, Load Balancers,Dockers, Managed Databases, Spaces, and cloud networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise

· Cloud Architecture: Secure, scalable, high-availability solutions; multi-tier/multi-region designs; backup & disaster recovery; IAM & governance; cost optimization.

· Cloud Migration & Hybrid Environments: AWS workload migration to DigitalOcean; on-premise to cloud migration; migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor); AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch); cutover & rollback planning.

· Infrastructure Security & Compliance: Security best practices; vulnerability assessments; infrastructure hardening; disaster recovery & business continuity planning; compliance with client policies.

Mandatory Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.





· Minimum 7 years of IT infrastructure experience.

· Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean).

· Proven experience in AWS cloud migration projects.

· Experience in disaster recovery implementation.

· Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.

· Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, subnets, firewalls, load balancing).

· Proficiency in Windows & Linux system administration.

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

Desirable Qualifications

· AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

· Experience with Docker and container orchestration.

· Advanced experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.

· Exposure to enterprise or government IT projects.

· Design and implement secure, scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure solutions.

· Lead cloud migration initiatives ensuring minimal downtime and optimized performance.

· Configure and manage AWS and DigitalOcean services.

· Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

· Conduct vulnerability assessments and enforce compliance standards.

· Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
