Kavi India Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in cloud architecture, a proven track record in designing cloud environments, and the ability to lead a team of developers and engineers. As a Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud strategy, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures.

Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, management, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.

Security: Ensure that cloud environments comply with security standards and best practices.

Cost Optimization: Manage cloud costs and optimize infrastructure to balance performance and cost-effectiveness.

Integration: Facilitate the integration of cloud services with on-premises systems and third-party services.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based projects and initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and continuously improve cloud architecture and practices.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in IT, with at least 5-7 years in cloud architecture roles.





Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Architectural Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cloud engineers and developers.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Security: Deep understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with hybrid cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of networking and infrastructure as code is a plus.

Experience in a leadership role leading a mid to large team cross functional team.
