- Safety and compliance: Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or violations.
- Resource and staff management: Manage the allocation of resources like labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate and direct the activities of construction crews, subcontractors,



and other staff.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project management team, clients, contractors, and field workers. Keep all parties informed about progress and issues.
- Problem-solving: Identify and resolve conflicts and other issues that arise during construction to keep the project on schedule.
