1. Candidate should be from the Background of Civil
2. He Should be worked in interior fitout projects.
3. Candidate should be have through knowledge of Civil works.
4. Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience
Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Checking the measurements at site
2. Quantity take off from the Site & as well as drawings.
3. Prepare & Process the Contractor billing through ERP system
4. Should have knowledge of Current market rates of material
5. Preparing of project cost summary
6. Evaluation of variations of the work at site
7. Budget tracking of the projects
8. Monitoring the reports of Bill Certifications & PO trackers.
9. Coordination with Contractors for Commercial closure
Key Skills.
1. Proficient with MS Office / MS Excel.
2. Auto Cad.
3. Excellent communication skills
