Experience: 3 to 7 years

Work Location: Pune

Notice Period: 30 – 45 Days MAX

JD:

Basic Understanding of Cisco UCCE and its components like ICM , PG, CCMP , basic scripting

Sound knowledge on Cisco VOIP networks

Basic troubleshooting experience on Cisco Finesse

Experience of Cisco support with skills-

- Incident & change Management supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCH Contact Center Platforms
- Experience on Cisco Hosted Contact Centre for UCCE platform.




- Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
- Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request.
- Cisco Call Manager at some instances.
- Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence.
- Require to work in 24*7 shifts.
