As the Director of Photography (DOP) / Cinematographer at Haris&Co;, you will be the creative and technical lead for all visual production. From commercials and reels to brand films and event coverage, you’ll translate campaign ideas into cinematic visuals that align with brand goals. You’ll manage end-to-end shoot execution, including equipment preparation, lighting, framing, and sound, while ensuring every frame meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Your role involves leading shoots in-studio and on-location, preparing detailed shot lists, maintaining production gear, and guiding junior crew members. You’ll also collaborate closely with strategists, designers, editors, and social media managers to deliver high-quality assets on time. By blending creativity with technical expertise, you will be at the heart of Haris&Co;’s storytelling, shaping visuals that inspire, engage, and perform.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Director of Photography / Cinematographer in commercial, agency, or film settings.

- Strong expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, framing, composition, and stabilizers.

- Proficiency in both studio and on-location shoot environments.

- Familiarity with sound recording, drones, rigs, and other production equipment.

- Hands-on knowledge of pre-production workflows:



storyboards, shot lists, location scouting, and equipment checks.

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling for digital platforms (reels, shorts, brand campaigns, events).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent quality and timeliness.

- Experience in equipment management — handling, storage, servicing, and secure usage.

- Strong leadership skills to guide assistants, junior cinematographers, and production crew.

- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across ads, branded content, photography, and films.
