Following its successful IPO, the organization is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a strategic finance leader to partner with the CEO and Board in driving business performance, governance, and long-term value creation.

Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company's finance function, providing strategic direction across financial planning, business performance, capital allocation, compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance.

This role requires a commercially driven finance leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence while supporting the organization's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive long-term business strategy.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Drive profitability, cash flow optimization, and capital allocation.

- Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build robust FP&A; processes and performance dashboards.

- Deliver business insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor business performance against financial objectives.

Financial Control & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and SEBI requirements.

- Strengthen financial controls and enterprise risk management.

- Lead internal and external audit processes.

Investor & Board Management
- Prepare Board presentations and financial reports.





- Manage investor communications and shareholder reporting.

- Support Board committees with strategic financial insights.

Treasury & Capital Management
- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.

- Oversee working capital and cash flow management.

- Lead fundraising initiatives whenever required.

Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization.

- Drive automation and process excellence across finance operations.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for leaders who have:

- 18–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head of Finance.

- Strong expertise in
- Financial Strategy

- FP&A;

- Business Finance

- Corporate Governance

- Investor Relations

- Treasury

- Compliance

- Experience working with Boards and senior leadership.

- Proven ability to lead large finance teams.

Preferred Background

Listed company or post-IPO experience will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
