Job purpose
Development and execution of Digitalisation Strategy using 4th Industrial revolution technologies, tools, and techniques in order to enhance productivity, sustainability and resilience. Lead and manage workforce engagement by setting-up high performance program management office

Key responsibilities
- End-to-End Planning: Digital integrated business planning
- Supply Chain Management: Analytics driven – Procurement; Supply risk prediction, Artificial Intelligence (AI) based contract review for decision making; Digital Supplier performance management; Creating Analytics platform for tender management
- Product Development: Advanced analytics for performance management across the idea to market; Robotics enabled Product development; Virtual-reality supported prototyping; Automation of Testing
- End-to-End Delivery: Digital-enabled picking and transport; logistics control tower,
track and trace; Dynamic delivery optimization; No-touch order management; Predictive maintenance in fleet assets; Robotics and blockchain enabled logistics management
- Customer connectivity: AI-enabled customer support; Connected devices to track and measure consumer behaviours; Connected devices to track and measure product performance; Customer analytics enabled by radio frequency identification device (RFID); Customer end-user interface to configure and order a product, and track delivery; Delivering to customers wherever they are through new delivery solutions; Digital twin of customer system; Digitally enabled customer performance monitoring
Requirements
Preferred Profile of the Candidate
- B.Tech with atleast 15+ years of experience of which last 3+ years leading enterprise wide Digital Transformation program in a reputed global Corporation having manufacturing in multiple location
- Proficiency in C++, Python
- Knowledge of PLCs and control system; Image processing techniques, feature extraction, machine learning algorithms; optimising vision algorithms using programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with Distributed Systems technologies
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks and workflow
- Experience in working with large data sets and improving infrastructure pipelines
- Knowledge of data mining, statistical modelling, and machine learning methodologies
- Expertise working with engineering and project management teams, demonstrating solid communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of IIoT paradigms and technology frameworks with a view of industrial automation
- Ability to collaborate with software and robotics engineers to integrate vision systems into automated processes and control systems
- Ability to co-ordinate with cross functional teams to resolve strategic and operational issue within organization.
