About the Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Chef – R&D; to lead our culinary innovation in a cloud kitchen setup, with a solid background in bakery (croissants, breads) and proven team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and test innovative recipes, especially in bakery (croissants, artisan breads, dough-based items).

- Lead and manage the R&D; kitchen team—train, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with operations to scale recipes for delivery and maintain quality.

- Standardize recipes and establish SOPs for consistency.





- Monitor food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.

- Conduct taste trials and incorporate feedback for continual improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience

- Expertise in bakery and pastry, including croissants, artisan breads, and fermentation techniques.

- Strong organizational and people-management skills.

- Willingness to work in a cloud kitchen model.

- Comfortable working from Hyderabad and Kolkata .

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
