- Provide strategic leadership for overall plant operations and business performance.
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Lead production, maintenance, quality, finance, HR, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and profitability across plant operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor plant performance through KPIs, MIS reports, and operational reviews to support informed decision-making.
- Lead capital expenditure planning, plant expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.




- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Candidates with extensive leadership experience in steel plants, integrated manufacturing units, or heavy industrial operations will be preferred.
