Job Summary: Reporting to Project Head you will be responsible for the Basic and Detailed engineering of the cement plant;

Project procurement for cement plant; Project Management; Client and Vendor coordination. Periodic travel to the client’s project site will be required.

Basic Engineering

- Finalization of Technical Concept/ Cement Plant Layout / Flowsheet / Mass Flow Diagram, Capacity Computations

- Preliminary System Design, Option Evaluation for Appropriateness of Technology/ Equipment/ Storages/ Plant Services, Capital Costs etc

- Procurement (for Main Machinery/ Auxiliaries/ Site Services)

- auxiliary Tender Documents

- Auxiliary Tender Evaluation, Purchase Negotiations & Recommendation.

Procurement (for Main Machinery/ Auxiliaries/ Site Services)

- ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​Procurement of cement plant equipment.

- ​​​​​​​Machinery Tender Documents

- Machinery Tender Evaluation, Purchase Negotiations & Recommendation

- ​​​​​​​Supplier Coordination & Interfacing, Followup.

- Computations for Conveying Equipment/ Fans/ Ducts/ Chutes/ Venting/ Piping/ Pollution Control Equipment/ Services etc.

Detailed Engineering.

- Concurrence Checking of Civil/ Electrical Drawings, etc

- ​​​​​​​Review of Final Layout, Flowsheets, GAs & Vendor Drawings, Fabrication Drawings

Inspection Services.

- ​​​​​​​Interfacing with Customers, Contractors, Suppliers, etc.
