AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed.
KRA -
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product/service quality
- Organize and present data using MS Excel tools such as pivot tables, charts, and formulas
- Collaborate with team members to derive actionable insights from the data
- Maintain detailed records of feedback and prepare summary reports
- Conduct extensive customer calls to gather insights and resolve queries
Requirements
1 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas)
2 Solid communication skills and fluency in English
3 Knowledge of any ERP/tools for data handling is a plus
NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
