We are looking for qualified CAs with 1-5 years of experience for either of the following roles. Fresh CAs are welcome to apply.

ROLES :

1. Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

- Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy in Tally or ERP system.

- Support monthly and annual closing activities.

- Liaise with internal and statutory auditors.

- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely payments of taxes and statutory dues (TDS, GST, Income Tax).

- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements.

- Maintain asset register and depreciation schedules.

Key Skills

- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and integrity.

2: Project Costing & MIS

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report project costs and cash flows.

- Support in preparation of monthly project-wise MIS and dashboards.

- Analyze cost overruns and variances from budget.

- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams for data gathering.

- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

Key Skills





- Strong understanding of costing principles.

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to interpret and present financial data.

- Enthusiasm to learn real estate project dynamics.

3: Taxation & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

- Assist in responding to tax notices and assessments.

- Ensure real estate-specific tax compliance (e.g., RERA, stamp duty).

- Maintain documentation for tax audits and assessments.

- Liaise with consultants and legal advisors for ongoing matters.

- Keep updated with regulatory and legal changes impacting real estate.

Key Skills

- Good command of Direct and Indirect tax laws.

- Exposure to legal and statutory compliance.

- Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
