We are expanding our US sales footprint and are looking for a high-performing IT Services & Staffing Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven US market experience to drive growth and build long-term client partnerships.

- Open to Hybrid for candidates with strong US client-facing experience

- Drive new business for IT Services and IT Staffing (US Market)
- Acquire and manage mid-market & enterprise US clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → closure → account growth

✅ Must-Have Experience





- 10+ years of experience in IT Services and/or IT Staffing sales (US market mandatory)
- Strong understanding of US staffing models – Contract, C2C, W2, Permanent
- Proven track record of closing US deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

? Nice to Have

- Existing US client relationships or book of business
- Experience working with offshore delivery or recruitment teams
- Exposure to MSP/VMS environments
