Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support audits.

Key Skills Required

Labour Law Knowledge – Robust understanding of labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.

People Management – Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
