The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and a passion for helping people achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
â Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs â Counselling students and fees collections â Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources â Address any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing,
and other related topics â Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs â Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data â Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Requirements
â Experience in edtech Industry â Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor â Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses â Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
