Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.
- Utilize SAP for transaction processing and financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com degree with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in the Gems and Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
