Job Overview :The Business Systems Analyst (S/4 HANA CFIN) is responsible for providing expert support, configuration, and troubleshooting for SAP S/4 HANA Finance systems, ensuring smooth system implementation and document replication. The role involves collaborating with business users, delivering strategic insights, and managing financial processes to optimize operations.

Responsibilities : Business Support: Provide quick support for a newly deployed system and resolve issues timely. ECC/CFIN/S4: Have full understanding of document replication from ECC with understanding of ECC systemplus understanding of S4 system. Hands on configuration experience in S4 Hana Finance Developing documentation: Creating and maintaining business requirements, Solution Requirements,business process flows, and functional specifications. Acting as specialists in SAP CFIN/FICO during implementations. Participating in project cutover activities:



Preparing and reconciling initial load templates. Working with business users: Conducting sessions with business users as needed. Collaborating with the Basis team: Providing guidance during troubleshooting. Delivering strategic business insights: Helping business make informed decisions to optimize operations.

Requirements : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on S/4 Hana platform Good experience in S4 Hana financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) is a huge plus Solid understanding of SAP system landscapes, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems Ability to analyze business requirements and develop fit to standard solution. Provide optimal options tobridge solution gaps. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
