Profile Summery:

The role holder should have ability to work under limited supervision. The role holder will support in Business Performance Management activities including but not limited to tracking of key deliverables, data analysis, preparation of documents for

CEO for various meetings and discussions with Shareholders, media, industry body, etc. The role holder will be expected to support the performance improvement program to meet Business requirements. The role can take on many aspects – from straightforward process improvements to detailed and innovative consultancy analysis of market and business trends.

In a fast moving environment, the job holder is expected to keep abreast and in some cases ahead of industry trends in the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and tracking of key initiatives – The role holder will be responsible for monitoring critical business impacting projects and ensure timely execution of the same.

- Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CEO prior to the reviews.

- Support in workplace scan

(work culture/ Company operations), preparing competitor insights and reports on customers as required by CEO.

- Critical evaluation of the performance and initiatives and give appropriate feedback/suggestion to the respective function.

- Preparing key notifications and indicators for CEO review and engagement.

5. Observation of Internal Control:
- Maintain and observe Company's internal control standards, implement and observe the

Company's Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

- Foster a compliance culture and implement the Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk and optimizing relations with regulators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in business performance management, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of leading performance management initiatives and driving business improvement.

- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to the life insurance sector.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
