The role is designed for individuals who can bring relationships, commercial opportunities, and domain value while operating on a flexible part-time basis.

This role is intended for someone who wants flexible participation today, meaningful upside through incentives and equity and a potential pathway into a full-time Co-Founder or Company Director role in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTNER



1. Business Strategy & Operations (2 hours/week)

- Participate in formulating innovative Business Strategies
- Conduct one domain-led workshop/webinar per week for Industry Academia Community (IAC)



members of either Global Professional Internship (GPI) interns focused on practical industry knowledge or career guidance OR Dolphin Tank India (DTI) participants focused on business insights or entrepreneurship guidance.

- Review participant submissions and contributions from your domain during Q&A; sessions, mentorship interactions, and evaluation-based discussions.

In the case of GPI, this may include live project evaluation of interns OR In the case of DTI, this may include evaluation of Ideathon for thinkers and Hackathon for builders.

- Help identify high-potential interns from GPI to onboard as part of the team, building our workforce ground up OR

Help identify high-potential participants thinkers from Ideathon and builders from Hackathon for mentorship, while also supporting the formation of strong teams of Founders (thinkers) and Co-Founders (builders) within the DTI ecosystem.

2. Business Development (2 hours/week)

- B2B (Learning, Branding & Hiring solutions) - Company Partnerships
- Strategic investments - Dolphin Tank India (DTI)
- B2B2C - College Partnerships
- B2C learning programs - Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) and Global Professional Program (GPP)
- B2C - New Business Partners acquisition

PARTNER INVESTMENT & COMMITMENT:

- Investment from the Partner is sought to ensure ownership-level commitment and long-term alignment with the company's vision and social mission.
- Investment amount in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.: Minimum INR 18 Lakhs at pre-money valuation of INR 360 Crores.
- An investment of INR 18 lakhs unlocks a value of INR 36 lakhs (equity/stock options), creating a long-term asset with a valuation upside of INR 36 Crore over 5 years as we become a $? ?? company.
- As part of the engagement and to support the Partner's transition into a Leader>>Co-Founder,



the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs at no additional cost.

COMPENSATION:

- Monthly fixed compensation INR 1,00,000 per month for mentorship and community contribution.
- Opportunity to earn more than INR 5,00,000 per month through 3% to 5% incentives of realised business value for Business & Funding raised for Company as per the applicable limited-period incentive scheme:

a) For a B2C ticket size of ₹18,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹54,000 as incentive at 3%.

b) For 2 B2C ticket sizes of ₹18,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹1,80,000 as incentive at 5%.

c) For a B2B ticket size of ₹1,50,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹4,50,000 as incentive at 3%.

d) For a B2B2C ticket size of ₹30,00,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹30,00,000 as incentive at 1%.

- As part of the engagement and to support the Partner's transition into a Leader>>Co-Founder, the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs at no additional cost.
