About the role

We’re looking for Business Operations Executive to help us with various tasks related to our business, partnerships and operations. We are seeking a self-sufficient and detailed-oriented person for immediate hire. This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the vendor experience across all operational areas. You will work with Vendors and E Commerce managers to ensure we have the systems, processes and information required to achieve this

What will you do?

- Engaging in day-to-day business operations.

• Seller Onboarding- collections of documentation & seller agreement for registration

- Provides prompt and efficient service to Clients/Seller.

• Responsible for purchase order release, order fulfillment coordination, supply chain management.

- Assist in various cataloging and visibility creation activities.




- Work on vendor coordination including vendor payment resolution
- Resolve/Handle vendor Queries.
- Creating Bulk listing for all categories.
- Worked in MLP Creation and Image link creation

Requirements

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience

• Should Have graduation degree

• Technical proficiency/Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet browsing.

• A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team.

• Valuable verbal/written communication skills

• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts (working days- 6 days)
