Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our business unit and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing sales, managing budgets, and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability- Manage budgets, analyse financial data,



and oversee P&L; to ensure profitability- Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and manage product marketing activities- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders- Design and track field budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management-Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent experience- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
