We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Business Excellence, SOP Implementation, and Process Improvements across our large-scale cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role involves standardizing procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance to enhance plant efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all plant functions.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and initiate corrective actions where deviations occur.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
- Conduct process audits, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor plant teams on process compliance and best practices.
- Work closely with plant leadership to implement efficiency and productivity projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Operations Management / Business Excellence.
- 6–10 years’ experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or SOP Management, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in documentation, process audits, and compliance systems.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with robust problem-solving and training skills.
