Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Responsible for recruiting and training current agents/POSPs for Motor, Non-

Motor and health Insurance vertical.

- Getting premium amount from various POSPs and providing a best service.
- Guiding, Motivating & educating POSPs in different line of business.

Key Responsibility Areas:-

- Top-line achievement
- Revenue & Retention
- Business hygiene
- POSP recruitment

Desired Skills: -

- Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same.
- Understand and align with the company’s policies.
- Maintain highest level of business hygiene.
- Maintain good relationship with clients as well as insurance companies
