Job Title: Business Development Executive - Talent Harbour : The Sales Executive will be responsible for leading all business development activities, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing contracts with recent client companies requiring recruitment services. This role demands a deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, exceptional consultative selling skills, and a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting &

- Lead Qualification
- Receive and analyze Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the Marketing team (e.g., companies who downloaded a white paper).
- Conduct in-depth research on the prospect's company size, industry, and current hiring challenges.
- Execute targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to qualify the prospect on need, budget, and decision-making timeline.
- Successfully set up a discovery/needs analysis meeting with the HR or Procurement decision-maker.

Needs

Analysis &

- Solution Pitch
- Conduct a comprehensive Needs Analysis meeting to understand the client's current pain points (e.g., high time-to-hire, poor candidate quality, seasonal staffing peaks).
- Tailor the service pitch to propose the best solution (RPO, Permanent Staffing, or HR Consulting) that addresses their specific pain points.
- Present Talent Harbour's unique value proposition and case studies demonstrating successful client outcomes.

Proposal

Stage &

- Negotiation
- Prepare a detailed, customized service proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing model (e.g., retainer, success fee), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




- Present the proposal and address all objections related to price, service scope, and legal terms.
- Negotiate final contract terms and secure the signed service agreement.

Contract

Handover &

- Relationship Management
- Handover: Convert the signed contract to the Operations/Recruitment Delivery team, ensuring all service details and client expectations are clearly communicated.
- Initial Follow-up: Maintain contact with the client during the first 30-60 days of service to ensure smooth implementation.
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services (e.g., moving from Permanent Staffing to full RPO) or secure contract renewals. Reporting &
- Collaboration
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM.
- Share weekly sales reports, forecast updates, and pipeline status with the management team.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine and improve the sales strategy and service offerings.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0 - 6 months of experience
- Ability to present product solutions creatively and confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives. Key Competencies
