The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Institutional Marketing and Business Development:

Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies to establish strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, hospitals, real estate firms, government organizations, and other institutions in the fire and safety domain.

Identify and engage potential institutional partners through tailored outreach and cooperative activities.

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained engagement and mutual value creation

Educational and Industrial Training Marketing

Promote educational programs, courses, and events to target audiences within institutions.

Promote industrial fire and safety trainings on in house and external trainings.

Research to understand market trends and position our offerings competitively.

Customize marketing strategies to suit the needs of different institutions.

Promote educational programs, specialized courses, and events to targeted institutional audiences.

Drive awareness and participation in industrial fire and safety training programs, both in-house and external.

Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and position our offerings competitively.





Tailor marketing strategies to align with the unique needs and priorities of each institution

Campaign Planning And Execution on Fire and Safety

Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive enrollment in fire and safety training programs for students and industry professionals.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling promotional materials, including brochures, digital assets, and presentations.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering reports with actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Presentations And Events on Fire and Safety

Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and seminars at institutions to showcase our fire and safety offerings.

Plan and manage participation in educational fairs, industry exhibitions, and other relevant events to enhance visibility.

Coordinate all event logistics to ensure seamless execution and impactful audience engagement.

Requirements

Education: Possess an MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in institutional or educational marketing focused on fire and safety.

Demonstrated expertise in institutional marketing strategies and channels, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful campaigns.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Fire and Safety skills & marketing for educational institutions or services.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities on Fire and Safety.

Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.
