Your Role
As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you’ll learn and execute the fundamentals of B2B sales.
Your mission
Connect with the right people, build conversations, and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities â Reach out to international buyers via calls, LinkedIn & email â Identify key decision-makers (purchase managers)
â Initiate conversations and generate interest â Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM â Assist senior managers in deal follow-ups â Support pipeline building and research
What You’ll Be Measured On (KPIs)
â Number of decision-makers identified â�� Successful conversations / connects â Qualified leads generated â CRM activity consistency
Who Should Apply?
â Fresher’s or candidates with up to 1 year of experience â Strong communication skills (English required)
