Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Management Specialist with a robust background in SQL, Business Intelligence, and overall data workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management systems and be able to identify and propose appropriate statistical techniques to meet the needs of our clients. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating discussions between technology and business teams to define data mapping, business requirements, and future-state data use cases.

Responsibilities

- Gain a sound understanding of the client's Data Management system, SQL, Business Intelligence, and overall workflow requirements.

- Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify and propose suitable statistical techniques to address business and technical problems.

- Facilitate discussions between technology and business stakeholders to prepare and finalize source-to-target data mapping documents for Unified & Data Mart layers.





- Document Business Requirements (BRD) in the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tool.

- Prioritize and create future-state data use cases and reporting requirements.

- Provide expert insights into the domain and connect them to relevant data attributes.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in Data Management, SQL, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and their application to solve business problems.

- Proficient in SQL and data querying.

- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
