:

The Business and Data Analyst is required to work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and users converting business requirements into technology solutions, overseeing their documentation and deployment,

create intelligent designs for reports and dashboard based on analysis of data.

The responsibilities include

- Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, (Customers and/or end users).
- Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision based on the Business Case.
- Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency,

comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards, analyses trends, patterns and insights.

- Develop requirements and design for intelligent dashboards,

analytical reports based on statistical analysis and modelling with the help of data collection, analysis and user needs.

- Think, develop and provide data driven insights to fine tune consistently the reporting requirements based on Support / User requirements.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, charts and reports to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally and through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors,



and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Works closely with IT Project lead and Provides guidance and/or instruction to other Team Members.
- Any other related tasks

Travel As and when required, across the country for project execution and monitoring as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Eligibility

- Engineer preferably in a field of Computer Science, Information

Technology, or Business Management.

- Minimum 9 years of experience in the field of IT/ITES Software

Development and Project Management with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience in a Business Analyst Role.

- Business Analysis experience with respect to Cyber Security, and

Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Set-ups (Public / Private / Hybrid/On-

Prem) is preferable.

- Expert at data visualizing skills - formulating, defining and developing scope for intelligent dashboards with attractive, analytical and statistical reports.
- Ability to transition and communicate from business to technical level and vice versa.
- Work with Technical Team, writing functional specs, providing direction, assisting with documentation of Software Requirements

Specification, the development and unit testing

- Proficiency and working experience in all SDLC Methodologies and all phases of Project phases
- Proficiency in working with Clients and managing their expectations.
- Proficient in Project management Tools like Microsoft – Projects,

Jira, Asana, Wrike etc.

- Proficiency in Using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent communication, leading teams, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in Team Oriented, Collaborative environment
- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in setting and priorities
- Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments

Desirable

- ECBA / CCBA/CBAP/ PMI-PBA/CAP/AAC/CBDA / PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL

Certification

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL,

Python, R).
