Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join our team who will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business strategies, goals and requirements. The ideal candidates will have a rich experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.

The Business

Analysts will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and perform detailed requirements analysis, document processing, and identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze business strategies, goals and requirements to create effective business solutions.
- Document and validate existing project requirements scattered across many files and formats.
- Create from scratch workflow charts and diagrams to represent the current and future state of business processes.
- Plan, coordinate and validate business requirements with various teams.





- Suggest business trends to the Product Owner for new and existing features.

- Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

- Participate in all agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

- Help guide the product vision to the future with constant research, analysis and innovative ideas.

Requirements

- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in business analysis or a related field.
- Robust analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
- Ability to use ChatGPT effectively.

Added bonus if any:

- Experience in a non-IT background.
- Experience in the e-commerce domain.
