- Build and maintain detailed models and dashboards for reporting at city, regional, and global levels.

- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company’s expansion into new markets and products.

- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new products, features, and business strategies.

- Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements or innovative processes to enhance team efficiency.

- Ensure continuous optimization of support team processes to maximize operational effectiveness.

- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing business needs by learning new tools and methodologies.

Requirements





- Analysis of both high-level and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends

- Experience in data processing, data analysis, and automation.

- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL, and data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI

- Experience in Python.

- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to design, execute, and interpret tests.

- Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

- Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
