Role Description The Owner role at CoCode Studio is a full-time, on-site position located in Saharanpur. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or leading a small organization.
Strong skills in operations oversight, project coordination, and resource planning.




Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
Ability to develop and implement business strategies, including budgeting and financial monitoring.
Capacity to make data-informed decisions and identify new market or service opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Comfort working on-site full time in Saharanpur and engaging directly with local clients and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is valued.
