Job Description:

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - Taxation (F&A;)

Location: Gandhidham

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Responsibilities
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Possess thorough knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax
- Deducted at Source (TDS), Income Tax, and other applicable Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
- Prepare, review, and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns accurately within prescribed timelines.
- Keep abreast of amendments, notifications, circulars, and regulatory updates relating to GST, TDS, and Direct Tax laws, and ensure timely implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all Direct Tax regulations, including routine tax payments, return filing, tax assessments, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and corporate income tax returns.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities, tax consultants, and auditors on taxation-related matters.
- Handle foreign remittance compliances, including preparation and coordination of Forms 15CA and 15CB.
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare financial statements,



management reports, MIS reports, and financial
- forecasts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow
- Statement, and other financial statements in line with legal and Company accounting guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts and financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Accounting Operations
- Be conversant with end-to-end accounting functions, including General
- Ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards and Company policies.
- Maintain robust financial documentation and accounting records for statutory and internal purposes.
