Job Description:

Position: Asst/Dy. Manager - Export

Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Experience: 7 - 12 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand export business by identifying and acquiring current customers in Latin America, North America, and other international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, pricing, and commercial offers to international customers.
- Handle end-to-end export sales activities, including order processing, documentation, shipment coordination, and customer communication.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements.




- Follow up with logistics partners and customers regarding shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and overseas business development activities.
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, export reports, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product trials, new product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales analysis, and pipeline updates for management review.
