Job Summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead the institution with a strong focus on academic excellence, discipline, and overall school development. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and fluent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Maintain high academic standards and student performance
- Develop and implement school policies and curriculum strategies
- Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment
- Build robust relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders
- Monitor teacher performance and provide guidance/training
- Handle admissions, budgeting, and administrative tasks





Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in school leadership/administration
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
