We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining Siebel CRM modules for telecom-based applications, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules such as:
- Account & Contact Management
- Assistant Agent / Billing Care
- Partner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer Management
- Workforce Management
- Field Service
- Develop Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI
- Implement and maintain CRM Order Management and EAI integrations.
- Design and enhance Siebel BI Publisher Reports.
- Collaborate with business analysts and integration teams to define requirements and deliver optimized CRM solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting,
and system debugging for Siebel applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management, error handling, and system security.
- Participate in RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery)implementations (Preferred).
- Document technical design, configuration steps, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development.
- Expertise in:
- Siebel Configuration and Workflow
- Siebel EAI(Integration Object, Data Maps, Workflows, VBC, Web Services)
- Siebel CRM Scripting (eScript, Browser Script)
- Open UI customization
- Order Management & Product Configuration
- Experience with Siebel BI Publisher, Siebel Tools, and WebLogic server.
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with RODOD architecture and AIA / SOA integrations (positive to have).
- Strong problem-solving
