Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing enterprise with international linkage. The CFO will be responsible for strategic planning, financial governance, compliance, risk management, IT oversight, and stakeholder coordination. This leadership role requires strong analytical acumen, team management, and the ability to work in a energetic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

Develop and execute financial and tax strategies aligned with business objectives

Manage capital allocation, budgeting, and financial forecasting

Operations & Control

Oversee accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and investor relations

Financial Reporting & Compliance
