Role 1: Junior Business Analyst – IT / Automation

Experience: 0–2 Years

Role Overview

This role focuses on business automation, web development logic, and system implementation projects. The candidate will initially assist senior team members and gradually take ownership of assigned modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation

- Draft BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and test cases

- Support business logic, workflow, and process documentation

- Participate in feasibility analysis

- Assist in gap analysis and solution documentation

- Support UAT and functional testing

- Coordinate between technical and functional teams

- Help monitor project timelines and milestones

- Prepare user manuals and training documentation

Skills Required

- Strong interest in technology

- Excellent documentation skills

- Good communication (written & verbal)

- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Logical thinking and analytical mindset

- Basic SQL knowledge (Preferred)

Role 2: Junior Business Analyst – HRMS

Experience: 0–2 Years

Role Overview

This role focuses specifically on HRMS implementation projects including Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Recruit. The candidate will assist the delivery team in understanding HR processes and configuring HR software systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand HR processes

- Collect and document HR requirements clearly

- Assist in configuring modules such as Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, and Expense

- Support data upload and resolve configuration errors

- Prepare requirement notes, process flows, and testing documentation

- Assist in UAT and quality checks

- Support client training and documentation preparation

- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams

Skills Required

- Good English communication skills

- Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes

- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge

- Logical thinking and attention to detail

- Ability to learn HR software tools quickly (Zoho preferred)

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education





- Graduate in HR, Business, IT, or related field

- MBA / Diploma in HR or Systems (Added advantage)

Role 3: Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview

Client-facing role responsible for end-to-end requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and project oversight across business automation and technology implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements

- Conduct gap analysis and propose solution designs

- Draft BRD, SRS, process flows, and test cases

- Translate business requirements into technical documentation

- Plan and design business, financial, and operational systems

- Lead workflow and process automation initiatives

- Estimate resources, timelines, and milestones

- Monitor project delivery and escalate risks

- Conduct UAT and performance testing

- Resolve functional queries for delivery teams

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills (Preferred)

- SQL / MySQL / NoSQL

- Jira, Confluence, Zoho, Lucidchart

- Agile / Waterfall methodologies

- ERP / Automation / Manufacturing automation exposure

- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of SDLC and IT lifecycle
