Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to grow in the business analysis and technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
- Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
- Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).




- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech / B.E / MBA from a recognized university

- Minimum 60% aggregate marks required

• Candidates with 1-2 years experience in business analysis, client communication, or IT systems are welcome.
- Interest in technology, client interaction, and project coordination.
- Exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & CRM or documentation tools is a plus.
