- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities

- Gather, understand, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams

- Coordinate between business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment of project objectives

- Identify process gaps and recommend optimization and automation solutions

- Support solution design, implementation, and system enhancement initiatives

- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, API documents, site maps, component diagrams, and input/output documents

- Assist QA teams in testing, validation, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements

- Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of current processes or systems

- Assist in internal and external audits related to systems, security, and compliance

- Participate in effort estimation, risk assessment, version maintenance, CAR,



and DAR activities

- Track project progress and coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery

- Work with SDLC methodologies throughout project lifecycle management

- Use project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, draw.io, and related platforms

Requirements

- B.Tech / MCA / MBA or related qualification

- 6+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience

- Experience in IT, e-Governance, FinTech, or Digital Transformation projects

- Certifications such as CSPO or CBAP will be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions
