The company is launching multiple payment and financial service offerings to enhance the customer payments experience across all customer touchpoints, both within the Group of Companies and beyond via the super app. The central marketing function leads digital omnichannel strategy across all payment and financial service products. As the brand manager you will be a part of the brand marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Being a liaison between creative and merchandising teams
- Executing marketing collateral development and ensuring quality control before go-live
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure no breakages in the App journey
- Action and analyze consumer/user insights mining
- Communicate our Brand Positioning and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with other team members working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing for a consumer brand. Prior experience in finance is a plus.
Skillset:
Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment Basic understanding of financial terms and concepts is a good to have
