Key Responsibilities
Represent the company and introduce products/services at promotional events and exhibitions.
Handle customer interactions both in-person and over calls.
Achieve assigned promotional targets through strategic outreach and effective communication.
Manage WhatsApp promotions and assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in brand/store management & promotional activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in customer handling and public interactions.
Basic understanding of digital promotions and WhatsApp marketing.
