To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Kimberly-Clark's International Advantages and Wellbeing programs. The role is responsible for coordinating benefit activities, maintaining accurate records, benefits inventory and documentation, supporting employee and stakeholder enquiries, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring the smooth administration of benefit and wellbeing programs across multiple countries.
Working closely with the International Benefits team, vendors, HR Operations, Payroll, and local country teams, the Benefits Administrator will help ensure benefits and wellbeing programs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with established processes and timelines.
