Position: Branch Manager - Tamil Nadu

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Tamil Nadu.

This role involves managing our four business units: Ultrasonic Plastic Welding, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Ultrasonic Screening & Liquid Processing, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing the branch office, and leading the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory across all four business units.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.

- Actively seek out new clients and expand the customer base.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

- Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service team.

- Recruit and develop talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.

- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.

- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

- Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales,



service, and after-sales support.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Branch Management:

- Manage the branch office, including infrastructure, facilities, and resources.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.

- Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the capital equipment industry, preferably in ultrasonic technology or related fields.

- Proven track record of leading and managing a sales and service team.

- Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
