Position Overview: The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent client service, and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations:

- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to maximize performance and engagement.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

- Sales and Business Development:

- Achieve sales targets by developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.





- Financial Management:

- Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.

- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 8 years of experience in stock broking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in using financial software and tools.
