- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA
- 3-5 years relevant NBFC industry experience
- Local candidate with fluency in Malayalam & English
