Key Responsibilities:

· Join India’s Fastest Growing NBFC

· In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration

· Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.

· Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

· Recent to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.

· Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

· Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

· Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sales and target-driven mindset

- Knowledge of gold loan/business loan processes is an advantage

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification:

- Any Graduates

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Banks / Gold Loan NBFCs / Financial Institutions

- Prior experience in branch operations or team handling preferred
