Targets & Lead Generation [1]

- - Meet or beat monthly and yearly goals for loan amounts.

- Find recent buyers through open markets and builder visits.

- Turn raw leads into completed loans. [1, 2, 3]

2. Loan Processing & Documentation

- - Help clients fill out loan forms.

- Check if documents are real (like pay slips and bank statements).

- Send files to the credit team to get approved. [1]

Relationship

Building

- - Build strong bonds with builders, real estate agents, and past clients to get referrals.

- Update clients on their loan status so they are happy with the service. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Portfolio

Quality & Compliance

- - Make sure bad loans (loans that do not get paid back) stay very low.

- Follow all rules set by the bank and the Reserve Bank of Indi
