Designation:- Braiding machine operator

:-

- Operate suture braiding machines to produce braided sutures or threads as per specifications

- Set up machines (threading, tension adjustment, speed settings) before production

- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain product quality

- Inspect finished sutures for defects such as uneven braiding, breakage, or contamination

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (critical in medical manufacturing)

- Record production data (output, defects, downtime)

- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Follow safety procedures and company policies

Education

- Diploma in Mechanical or ITI

Experience

Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience operating braiding machine.
